State-paid legal aid can be granted to an individual who is unable to cover legal costs themselves due to their financial situation. It can also be granted to a person with low income, to cover a certain part or all the legal fees. We can assess your right to legal aid based on your income and wealth.
Even if you receive legal aid, it is still possible to be represented by a private legal counsel in court.
Legal expenses insurance covers attorney’s fees and costs according to the terms set out in the insurance policy. Legal expenses insurance is usually included in your home insurance, or in the case of a company, in their business insurance.
